2. What we collect

We collect only what we actually need:

• Email address — when you submit the form on our landing page, either to claim a $99 cold-start slot or to be notified when we open.
• Your message — if you choose to write one in the form.
• Basic technical data — IP address, browser type, and referring page, collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and uptime purposes.

We do not collect payment card data on this site. Payments, when enabled, are handled by a third-party processor.

3. What we do not collect

This matters for our service, so we want to be explicit. When we run a Red-Line Report against your bot, we do not access, store, or retain your end customers' personal data or conversation history. Test scenarios are run against a test instance or a test account you provide, and the transcripts in our findings are generated by the test run itself.

4. How we use your data

• To reply to you and, if you claimed a slot, to arrange the audit.
• To send you the report you asked for.
• To send occasional product updates — you can unsubscribe from any email, or ask us to stop.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site:

• Form processing — form submissions are delivered to our mailbox through a third-party form service.
• Hosting — our hosting provider stores the site files and server logs.

Each provider processes data only to perform that function. We do not share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.

6. International transfers

We serve customers outside China, and our service providers may store or process data in other countries. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take reasonable steps to protect it consistent with this policy.

7. How long we keep it

• Email and enquiry records — kept until you ask us to delete them, or for 24 months from your last interaction with us, whichever comes first.
• Server logs — typically retained by our hosting provider for a short operational period.
• Report files — deleted on request, or 24 months after delivery.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Delete your data
• Stop sending you emails

9. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary session cookie to keep the site available and secure.
