Terms of Service

Read this first: Redline Check is an engineering and QA service. It is not legal advice, and we are not your law firm. Our reports describe how your bot behaved under test and map that behavior to publicly reported legal precedents and regulations, so you can take it to qualified counsel.

1. What the service is

A Red-Line Report is a one-time, pre-launch audit of a text-based customer-service bot. We run 30 red-line scenarios against your bot, record the transcripts, and deliver a PDF report containing:

2. What the service is not

3. Scope and limitations

A report captures your bot's behavior at a point in time, under the configuration that was live when we tested it. It does not guarantee how the bot will behave after you change prompts, models, knowledge bases, or routing rules. Because LLM outputs are non-deterministic, a scenario that passed once may fail on a later run — which is why we offer re-checks.

4. Customer obligations

To run the audit you agree to:

5. Payment

Redline Check is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Pricing in effect at the time of purchase is shown on our pricing section. Payment is collected by a third-party processor; we do not store card details.

6. Refunds

7. Confidentiality

We treat everything you share with us — bot configuration, transcripts, findings — as confidential. We do not publish, sell, or disclose it. We will not name you as a customer or show your transcripts publicly without your written permission. The one exception: if we spot a failure pattern that is genuinely instructive and fully anonymized, we may describe it in our writing — and we will ask you first.

8. Intellectual property

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to a Red-Line Report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or legal penalties. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. No warranty

The report is provided as-is. We warrant that we performed the testing described, in good faith and with professional care. We do not warrant that a clean report means your bot is legally safe.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jinshan District, Shanghai.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
